稀土紫红色陶瓷颜料的制备
Syntheses of Red Violet Pigment Doped with Rare Earth Oxides
【摘要】 采用共沉淀法于低温下合成了含稀土氧化物La2 O3,CeO2 的紫红色陶瓷颜料 ,并将合成的颜料应用于陶瓷高温釉料中 ;此外 ,通过颜色测定SEM ,XRD及能谱分析等手段对颜料的颜色、粒度及结晶构造等进行了表征 ,并探讨了颜料的呈色机制。结果表明 :该颜料在釉料中呈色稳定 ,可以应用于 13 2 0℃的高温 ,随稀土氧化物含量增加 ,颜料中析出 (La ,Ce) (Mn ,Fe ,Cr)O3晶相 ,颜料由棕红色转变为紫红色
【Abstract】 The red violet ceramic pigments doped with CeO 2 and La 2O 3 were synthesized under 1100 ℃ by precipitation method. The pigments were used in a high temperature glaze. The color, crystalline and size were characterized by color measuring, XRD and SEM analyses. The color changing mechanism of the pigments with doping CeO 2 and La 2O 3 was also discussed. The results show that the as prepared pigment can color the glaze stably at 1320 ℃. With the increase of the rare earth oxide content, a new phase of (La, Ce)(Mn, Fe, Cr)O 3 forms in the pigments, meantime, the color of the pigments changes from red brown to red violet.
