Mg-Li基复合材料研究
Research of Mg-Li Matrix Composites
【摘要】 Mg Li基复合材料具有很高的比强度和比刚度 ,是宇航、兵器等行业的理想结构材料之一。综述了Mg Li基复合材料常用的基体合金和增强体 ,介绍了真空 (保护气氛 )浸渗、粉末冶金、薄膜冶金以及搅拌铸造等几种常用制备方法 ,并比较了这几种制备方法的优缺点以及适用增强体 ,还综述了几种常见Mg Li基复合材料的组织与性能。对目前存在的问题进行了探讨 ,指出现有Mg Li基复合材料制备方法均采用外加增强体的办法引入强化相 ,其存在较严重界面反应的缺点 ,原位自生反应合成增强体是一条可行的途径 ;此外 ,采用变形加工或后续热处理也是提高Mg Li基复合材料力学性能的有效方法
【Abstract】 Mg Li matrix composites possesses high specific strength and specific stiffness. They are one of the ideal structural materials in aeronautics and defense industries. The composite matrix, reinforcements, fabricating technique, microstructure and the properties of Mg Li matrix composite are reviewed Four kinds of fabricating techniques, i.e. vacuum/protecting atmosphere infiltration, powder metallurgy, thin film metallurgy and milling casting are introduced The advantages and disadvantages as well as the preferable reinforcements of the four kinds of fabricating techniques are also discussed Problems present in today′s study and the possible methods to solve them are also discussed
