Pt-Ir/C/PTFE疏水催化剂及催化H-D交换研究
Pt-Ir/C/PTFE Hydrophobic Catalyst for D-H Isotopic Exchange between H2-H2O
【摘要】 制备了 8种金属含量不同的Pt Ir C PTFE疏水性催化剂 ,采用这些催化剂进行了H D同位素气液对流、气汽并流交换实验 ,初步考察了温度、压力、氢气流速对催化活性的影响。实验表明 ,Ir的加入能够提高疏水催化剂的催化活性 ,当Ir在二元金属中的含量为 2 5 %时 ,催化剂的催化活性得到提高
【Abstract】 The preparation of Pt Ir/C/PTFE hydrophobic catalysts was described in this paper. The experiments of D H isotope exchange between H 2/H 2O by Pt Ir/C/PTFE hydrophobic catalysts were carried out at 323.15, 305, 313, 323, 333, 343 K and at 101.3, 82.0, 61.0 kPa respectively. In the atmospheric environment, catalytic activity at 325~335 K is optimum. It is discovered that Pt Ir/C/PTEF hydrophobic catalyst which Ir containing is 25% can increase catalytic activity obviously.
