干法氟化制备高纯金属镝的工艺研究
Preparation of High Purity Dysprosium Metal Using Anhydrofluorination
【摘要】 介绍了一种制备无水高纯氟化镝的新方法 ,在氟化炉内的镍制料盘中直接完成了Dy2 O3和无水氟化氢气体的氟化反应 ,然后将钙热还原DyF3制得的粗镝进行熔盐萃取提纯处理。用此工艺可使工业规模化生产的镝金属中的氧、氟含量均小于 0 .0 2 % ,使金属镝的纯度达99 9%以上。
【Abstract】 A new method used to prepare the high purity anhydrous dysprosium fluoride was proposed. Direct reaction of Dy 2O 3 with anhydrous HF was carried out in a nickel boat inside a fluorinated furnace. The rough dysprosium was made by calcium thermal reduction of anhydrous DyF 3 and then was purified by fused salt extraction. This method can make the amount of O and F smaller than 0.02% and the purity of dysprosium metal reach above 99.9% in industrial process of producing dysprosium metal.
