【摘要】 目的　探讨前列腺增生症 (BPH)并膀胱结石的微创治疗经验。方法　采用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)结合气压弹道碎石术 (TUPL)、膀胱大力碎石钳机械碎石 (TUCL)治疗 5 4例BPH并膀胱结石患者 ,并分析其疗效。结果　所有患者均一次处理成功 ,无严重并发症发生 ,临床疗效满意。结论　腔内治疗BPH并膀胱结石具有微创、安全、高效等优点 ,尤其适用于高龄或伴有多种心脑肺器质性疾病的高危患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the mini-invasion experience of endourological treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and bladder stones.Methods:The clinical data of 54 cases of BPH complicating with bladder stones,treated by transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP), transurethral pneumatic lithotripsy(TUPL) and transurethral cystolithotripsy (TUCL) were retrospectively reviewed. Results: The operations were successful in all of the patients, there were no severe complications occurred,and the results were satisfactory.Conclusions:Endoscopic treatment is a minimal invasive, safe and effective approach modality for patients with BPH and bladder stones, especially for old patients with cardiovascular, cerebral and pulmonary organic disease which would elevate the risk of operation.更多还原
