【摘要】 目的 :探讨渔区高血压患者血脂 ,载脂蛋白 ,免疫球蛋白水平的改变。方法 :观察渔区 94名高血压患者 ,3 3 1名健康者的血脂 ,载脂蛋白及免疫球蛋白水平。结果 :高血压患者血总胆固醇 (TC) ,甘油三酯 (TG) ,载脂蛋白B(apoB) ,免疫球蛋白 (IgG) ,补体C3均高于健康组 ,既往高血压现血压正常者 ,上述指标有部分恢复 ;高血压患者组血TC与IgG水平间呈正相关。结论 :高血压患者血脂蛋白与免疫球蛋白水平有一定改变 ,血TC与血IgG在一定程度上互为影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the serum lipoproteins and humeral immunity levels of hypertensive patients in fishing district.Methods:Fasting plasma triglyeeride(TG), total cholesteral(TC), apolipoprotein A(apoA), apolipoprotein B (apoB), immunoglobm G, M, A,complement C3 were examined in 94 hypertensive patients and 331 healthy fishing people in fishing District.Results:It was found that plasma contents of TC, TO, apoB, IgG and C3 in patients were higher than those of healthy people. The plasma levels of TC were positively correlated with plasma levels of IgG in hypertensive patients. Conclusion:The results indicated there was some change of the serum lipoproteins and humeral immunity levels and both affect each other inhypertensive patients.更多还原
