【摘要】 目的 :探讨替硝唑碘仿糊剂作为乳牙根充材料的可能性。方法 :应用替硝唑碘仿糊剂治疗 80例乳牙牙髓病和 10 2例乳牙根尖周病患者 ,并以氧化锌丁香油粘固粉糊剂 (ZOE)为对照组 ,并对治疗效果随访。结果 :随访 3～ 18个月 :替硝唑碘仿糊剂治疗成功率达 98.4 % ,优于对照组 75 %。替硝唑碘仿糊剂充填乳牙牙髓病与乳牙根尖周病疗效统计学上差异无显著性。结论 :替硝唑碘仿糊剂治疗乳牙牙髓病和根尖周病疗效显著 ,是较理想的乳牙根充材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tinidazole iodoform cataplasm on primary teeth pulpitis and periapical periodontitis. Methods:Eighty cases of primary teeth pulpitis and 102 cases of periapical periodontitis were treated by Tinidazole iodoform cataplasm. One hundred and Seventy-six patients treated by zinc oxide eugenol cement (ZOE) served as control group, and were followed up for 3～18 months.Results:Following-up (3～18 months) showed that the effective rate of Tinidazole iodoform cataplasm in primary teeth pulpitis and periapical periodontitis was 98.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75%).There was little difference between the therapeutic effect of Tinidazole iodoform cataplasm on primary teeth pulpitis and on periapical periodontitis. Conclusion:It is suggested that Tinidazole iodoform cataplasm has wide prospect in the treatment of primary teeth pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.更多还原
