【摘要】 目的 :探讨综合性心理行为干预对室间隔缺损修补术患者围手术期免疫功能的影响。方法 :择期先天性室间隔缺损修补术 4 0例 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组给予综合性心理行为干预。分别于入院时、术晨、术后 1d、4 d、7d抽取外周血测定 NK细胞活性、T辅助细胞 (CD4 + )、T抑制细胞 (CD8+ )、CD4 + / CD8+、免疫球蛋白。结果 :本组术后 1dNK细胞活性、CD4 + 、CD4 + / CD8+ 、Ig G、Ig M水平较术前明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,其中实验组降低较对照组明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。实验组术后 NK细胞活性、CD4 +、CD4 + / CD8+、Ig G、Ig M水平术后恢复较对照组快 ,二者比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :心理行为干预能减轻先天性室间隔缺损修补术患者围手术期免疫功能抑制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological and behavioral intervention on immune function in patients with ventricular septal defect undergoing open heart surgery.Methods:Forty patients with ventricular septal defect undergoing open heart surgery were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.The experimental group was given comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention.The activity of NK cell,CD 4+CD 8+CD 4+/CD 8+ and immunoglobulin were measured in each group respectively after entering hospital;the morning before operation;1 day,4 days,7 days after the operation.Results:The activity of NK cell CD 4+CD 4+/CD 8+ and immunoglobulin significantly decreased 1 day after the operation(P<0.05).The decrease of experimental group was more significantly than those in control group(P<0.05).The recovercy of the activity of NK cellCD 4+CD 4+/CD 8+ and immunoglobulin were more significantly rapid in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention could reduce immune function supression in patients with ventricular septal defect undergoing open heart surgery.更多还原
