【摘要】 目的 :分析宫颈癌电烧对术后预后的影响。方法 :以 1997- 11～ 2 0 0 1- 0 1收治 5 7例分期 b曾行电烧的宫颈癌患者为试验组。取 b宫颈癌无电烧 6 6例为对照组。均行宫颈癌根治术 ,观察淋巴结及远处转移的情况 ,将结果进行分析。结果 :电烧对宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结转移无统计学意义 ,随着时间延长与远处转移密切相关。实验组 2 a转移率高于对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :行电烧的宫颈癌预后差。宫颈局部治疗前行细胞学 /阴道镜 /病理检查 ,排除宫颈癌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluation the influence of prognosis caused by preoperative cauterization in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:57 cases at stageⅠb which were treated with cauterization were taken as trail group and 66 patients at the same stage without treatment were taken as comparison group. The two groups were all treated with radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy, the observed result of lymphnode and distance metastasis was analyzed with statistic method.Results:Cauterization has no significant difference to pelvic lymphnode metastasis, but has close correlation with distance metastasis in the future. The rate of metastasis of trail group was higher than that of comparison group in two years and significant difference existed (P<0.05). Conclusions:The patient with cervical cancer which was treated with cauterization has bad prognosis.In order to obviate cervical cancer,cytological screening, colposcopy and pathological test should be done before cervical local treatment.更多还原
