【摘要】 目的　通过分析 TIPS术后随访资料进一步提高疗效。方法　 6 1例肝硬化伴门脉高压和上消化道大出血史患者行 TIPS治疗。比较了手术前后各项临床指标恢复情况 ,总结了术后并发症的发生和处理。结果　术后多项指标均有明显改善。肝性脑病发生率为 2 2 .9% ,发现 5例支架再狭窄 ,4例肝细胞性肝癌。结论　 TIPS是治疗门脉高压所致上消化道大出血的有效微创性方法 ,预防和及时处理并发症可提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the efficacy of therapy by analysis of the clinical data of TIPS. Methods Sixty one cases of TIPS were performed in patients with cirrhosis. The clinical results and complications were compared and discussed between before and after operation.Results The symptoms of protal hypertension were improved greatly. The rate of encephalopathy was 22.9%.Five cases of stent stenosis and 3 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were also founded.Conclusion TIPS was proven to be an effective and minor traumatic method for controlling upper digestive tract hemorrhage, and the life quality of the patients should be improved once the complications due to TIPS could be prevented and treated promptly.更多还原
