【摘要】 针对甲壳素产业目前存在的环境污染严重、资源浪费严重、生产效率低下等问题,对甲壳素产业进行工艺优化。以膜分离技术回收甲壳素废液中的酸、碱,用于甲壳素的再处理。对回收后的废液进一步处理,从中回收碳酸钙、蛋白质、醋酸等副产品。不仅充分利用了资源,而且减少了环境污染,可实现甲壳素产业的绿色化。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article aims at the problems of serious environmental pollution,waste of resource and inefficient of produce which exist in the present chitin’s industries.and then optimizes it.Using membrane separation technology to reclaim acid and alkali from the waste solution,which can reuse in chitin’s produce.Retreat with the reclaimed waste solution can also get subproducts such as Ca-CO 3 ,protein and CH 3 COOH.Not only making full use of the resource,but also reducing the environ-mental pollution,and it could realize the freedom from environmental pollution.更多还原
