使用红色色度坐标探讨家兔脑干出血条件下的十二指肠及空肠粘膜绒毛的微循环动态变化
Inquiry into the Dynamic Changes in Microcirculation of Rabbit’s Duodenal and Jejunal Mucosal Villi under Brainstem Hemorrhage Conditions with a Red Color Coordinate
【摘要】 目的脑干出血合并应激性溃疡消化道出血者病死率高。本研究拟使用红色色度坐标探讨家兔脑干出血条件下的十二指肠及空肠粘膜绒毛的微循环动态变化 ,以期建立起消化道微循环的检测机制 ,为预防和治疗脑干出血并发消化道出血这一难症提供参考指标。方法本实验使用日本大耳白家兔 (雄 ,1.5~1.8kg) ,30只进行活体实验 ,使用25 %Urethane静脉麻醉 ,施行颅骨打孔手术做成急性脑干出血动物模型。使用微循环显微镜血管摄像装置及微循环电视录像系统连续测定脑干出血条件下的十二指肠及空肠粘膜绒毛的充血程度 ,使用计算机Photoshop软件连续解析同一绒毛同一坐标点上的红色色度坐标值的经时变化 ,做成小肠绒毛同一位点上的红色色度坐标值的经时移行曲线。结果1.显示脑干出血负荷后的十二指肠粘膜的红色色度减低 (苍白 )及与之同步的微小形态改变。2.显示脑干出血负荷后空肠粘膜绒毛的一过性充血程度增大及随后的恢复经过。结论本实验条件下 ,家兔脑干出血负荷后的十二指肠粘膜苍白已被红色色度坐标值曲线的经时减低所证实 ,反映出粘膜血流这一最重要的溃疡防御因子在急性脑干出血条件下的急剧改变 ,可成为随之产生的应激性上消化道溃疡的病生理基础。
【Abstract】 Objective Those who suffer from brainstem hemorrhage together with stress ulcer and hemorrhage of digestive tract have a high mortality rate.This research plans to inquire about the dynamic changes in the microcirculation of rabbit’s duodenal and jejunal mucosal villi under brainstem hemorrhage conditions with a red color coordinate for the purpose of establishing a mechanism for testing the microcircuˉlation of the digestive tract to provide a reference index for the prevention and treatment of brainstem hemorˉrhage together with hemorrhage of digestive tract,a complicated disease.Methods In this experiment,30Japanese white rabbits with long ears(male,1.5to1.8kg)were used to carry out an experiment in vivo.25%Urethane was used for intravenous anesthesia.They were given a cranial fenestration operation for an acute brainstem hemorrhage animal model.Microcirculation microscopic blood vessel telecamera and microcirculation TVvideo system were used to determine continuously the congestion of their duodenal and jejunal mucosal villi under brainstem hemˉorrhage conditions.Computer and Photoshop software were used to analyze continuously the changes with time of the red color coordinate of the same villus on the same coordinate point to make a small intestinal villi’s movement curve of the red color coordinate on the same point.Results(1)Reduction(pallor)in the red color of duodenal mucosa and synchronous slight changes in shape after brainstem hemorrhage;(2)Transient increase in the congestion of jeˉjunal mucosal villi and succeeding recovery after brainstem hemorrhage.Conclusions Under the conditions of this experiment,reduction of the red color coordinate verified the pallor duodenal mucosa after brainstem hemorrhage of rabbitsandreflectedthesharpchangesofmucosa’sbloodstreamthatisthemostimportantpreventivefactortostress ulcerunderacutebrainstemhemorrhageconditions,whichwouldbecomepathophysiologicalbasisofstressulcerof upperdigestivetract.
