【摘要】 目的　探讨中后路显微椎间盘镜 (METRx)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。　方法　应用METRx椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症 2 90例 ,随访 3月～ 33月。　结果　按Nakai分级 ,优 81 0 % (2 35例 ) ,良 13 4 % (39例 ) ,可 4 8% (14例 ) ,差0 7% (2例 )。 2例术后发生椎间隙感染。　结论　应用METRx治疗腰椎间盘突出症近期疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of microendoscopic tubular retractor system (METRx) with a postmedial approach in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 290 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with METRx. The duration of follow-up ranged from 3 months to 33 months. Results According to the Nakai scale, 81% (235 cases) of the patients were evaluated as excellent, 13.4% (39 cases) as good, 4.8% (14cases) as fair and 0.7% (2 cases) as poor. Postoperative infection in intervertebral space was found in 2 cases. Conclusions METRx has a satisfactory short-term therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
