【Abstract】 Philosophy has irreplaceable function in improving humanism quality and the ability of thinking for medical students and stimulating the development of modern medicine. Therefore, we insist on three combinations according to the characteristics of adult medical students in philosophy teaching as follows: philosophy teaching combined with social practice; philosophy teaching combined with students’ major and philosophy teaching combined with students’ thought.
