【摘要】 随着我国医疗体制改革向纵深发展 ,社会对高素质的卫生事业管理人才的需求在不断增加。由于卫生管理专业发展的时间不长 ,我国卫生管理专业在教学的内容和方式上都存在许多不足 ,这对高素质人才的培养产生了许多不利影响。针对此情况 ,笔者从自身经验出发 ,结合国内外教学经验 ,从教学观念和管理等角度对改进教学 ,尤其是本科生的教学 ,进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of medical system reform, the need for the health management talents with high quality is increasing. Because the time of development of health management is short, there are many shortages in teaching contents and teaching methods, which result in adverse effects on training of health management talents with high quality. Aimed at this situation, the author discusses the reform of teaching cognition and management, especially for the teaching towards undergraduate from teaching experiences themselves as well as teaching experiences at home and abroad.
