【摘要】 目的探讨内镜手术治疗高血压脑出血的治疗效果。方法对24例应用内镜手术治疗的脑出血病人进行回顾性研究,分析手术指征、手术方法和并发症等。结果血肿完全清除6例,大部清除18例。无死亡、再出血及颅内感染。结论内镜手术治疗脑内血肿安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the treatment effect of endoscopic surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH). Methods Twenty-four patients with HCH who were treated by endoscopes were analyzed retrospectively regarding to operative indication, method and complications. Results Complete evacuation of hematoma was achieved in 6 cases, partial evacuation in 18 cases. No death, rebleeding and intracranial infection occurred postoperatively. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is one of minimally invasive, safe and effective techniques for the treatment of intracerebral hematoma.更多还原
