武汉地区粪便经沼气发酵后用于绿色蔬菜种植和养鱼卫生效果评价

【摘要】 本文通过 1998年 2月— 2 0 0 0年 12月对武汉地区 2个城郊农村经沼气发酵处理及未经任何处理的粪便分别用作蔬菜种植肥料、鱼塘养鱼饲料的使用情况进行了卫生学调查。粪便经沼气发酵处理后粪便大肠菌群值、活蛔虫卵、寄生虫对菜地土壤、蔬菜、鱼塘水质、鱼产品污染均有明显降低 ,粪大肠菌值自 10 -8-10 -7降至 10 -3 -10 -2 ,蛔虫卵死亡率达 90 % ,经STATISTICA软件包处理 ,差别有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;建有沼气池的厕所苍蝇密度较未建沼气池厕所为低。通过此次调查结果证实 ,沼气发酵是一种既能利用肥源、能源 ,又有利除害灭病和改善环境卫生的粪便无害化处理方法之一。

【Abstract】 Fermented by marsh gas or not, the dejecta take different roles as vegetable fertilizer, feeding stuff for fish.This paper made a survey of hygienics on the cites of using such dejecta from tow outskirts of Wuhan area during 1998,FEB to 2002,DEC. The pollution to the soil, vegetable, pond water qualiy and the fish productions from coliform, alive roundworm eggs, helmmthes is obviously decreased when the dejecta is fermented by marsh gas, the value of coliform reduced from 10 -8-10 -7 to 10 -3-10 -2,and the mortality rate of roundworm eggs reaches 90%.Treated with STATISTICA software, the distinction has extremely salience (P<0.05);the density of flies is lower in the WC which has its marsh gas poolthan in the WC without the pool. Through the survey we can see that zymosis of marsh gas is one of the methods to make the dejecta hurtles, not only making use of fats, energy, but also improving our environments, eliminating pests, getting rid of disease.
