L-甘油醛与氟化钠对血葡萄糖测定的保护效果比较
Comparison of the effects of L-glyceraldehyde and sodium fluoride as preservatives to glucose in whole blood specimens
【摘要】 〔目的〕比较L 甘油醛与氟化钠对血葡萄糖的保护效果。〔方法〕对 3 0份志愿者肝素抗凝血标本分别用L 甘油醛、氟化钠抗红细胞糖酵解处理及加生理盐水对照 ,观察不同时间内血中葡萄糖水平。〔结果〕与 0h比较 ,L 甘油醛组在 12h内葡萄糖水平未见明显改变 (均P >0 0 5 ) ;氟化钠组在 2~ 4h内分别下降 6 1%、7 3 % ,差别均有意义 (均P <0 0 5 ) ,而在 4~ 12h内基本保持衡定。氟化钠组与L 甘油醛组比较 ,在 2、4h时差别均有意义 (均P <0 0 5 )。对照组在12h内呈线性下降 ,2、4、12h分别下降 9 4%、2 1 9%、65 5 %。〔结论〕氟化钠在 4h之后才充分发挥抗酵解作用 ;L 甘油醛在 12h内保持血葡萄糖浓度稳定 ,保护效果比氟化钠好
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of L glyceraldehyde with that of sodium fluoride to preserve glucose in whole blood specimens 〔Methods〕30 whole blood specimens of volunteers collected in tube containing sodium heparin as anticoagulant were treated with glyceraldehydes, sodium fluoride and normal saline respectively The glucose concentrations in blood were determined at various time 〔Results〕 To compare with glucose concentration at 0h,the glucose concentration in specimens treated with L glyceraldehyde remained nearly constant throughout the 12h period( P >0 05), and it lose 6 1%、7 3% of the initial glucose concentration in specimens treated with sodium fluoride in 2h、4h respectively ( P <0 05),and remained nearly constant from 4h to 12h The glucose concentrations in specimens treated with L glyceraldehyde were obvious different from those in specimens treated with sodium fluoride in 2h and 4h ( P <0 05) A linear decrease in glucose concentration was evident in incubation without additive ,with 9 4%、21 9% and 65 5% of the intial glucose concentration lost in 2h、4h and 12h respectively 〔Conclusion〕The effect of antiglycolysis by sodium fluoride is obviously after 4h in incubation L glyceraldehyde effectively preserves glucose concentration in whole blood specimens for up to 12h It suggest that L glyceraldehyde is better than sodium fluoride to perserve glucose against antiglycosis
