【摘要】 〔目的〕监测河南地区淋病奈瑟菌药物敏感情况。〔方法〕以 98株淋病奈瑟菌临床分离株为对象 ,分别以纸片酸度法进行 β -内酰胺酶测定 ,以琼脂稀释法进行四环素、环丙沙星、壮观霉素和头孢曲松四种抗生素耐药性测定。〔结果〕检出产质粒介导的 β-内酰胺酶菌 (PPNG) 9株 ,四环素耐药株 39株 ,环丙沙星耐药株 98株 ,壮观霉素耐药株 3株 ,39株耐四环素和环丙沙星 ,3株耐四环素和壮观霉素 ,3株耐环丙沙星和壮观霉素。〔结论〕河南地区流行的淋病奈瑟菌株对青霉素、四环素和环丙沙星已产生广泛的耐药性 ,对壮观霉素的耐药性应该高度重视 ,目前尚未发现对头孢曲松耐药的菌株。更多还原

【Abstract】 睴bjectives〕 In order to detect the susceptibility of N.gonorrhoeae in Henan province. 〔Methods〕 Using 98 clinical isolated strains as objects, detecting β-lactamase activity by the method of scrip acidity, detecting susceptibility to Tetracycline 、Ciprofloxacin、Spectinomycin and Ceftriaxone by the method of agar dilution. 〔Results〕 find 9 strains of producing β-lactamase drived by plasmid ,39 strains resistant to Tetracycline,98 strains resistant to Ciprofloxacin , 3 strains resistant to Spectinomycin ,39 strains resistant to Tetracycline and Ciprofloxacin ,3 strains resistant Tetracycline and Spectinomycin, 3 strains resistant Ciprofloxacin and Spectinomycin. 〔Conclusion〕 epidemic N.gonorrhoeae strains in Henan province had produced abroad resistibility ,especially resistibility to Spectinomycin had been worth guarding highly, but no strain resistant to Ceftriaxone was found up to now.更多还原
