示波极谱法测定大气中碘的研究
Determination of atmospheric iodine oscillopolarography.
【摘要】 [目的 ]研究示波极谱法进行大气碘的分析。 [方法 ]本文使用多孔玻板吸收管采集大气样品 ,用示波极谱法测定。经对不同吸收液、不同浓度溶液的试验 ,得出最适采样条件为 :吸收液NaOH 0 0 7% ,采样速度 0 5L/min ,采样时间12 -15h。 [结果 ]室外大气碘浓度为 8 8-2 7 1ng/m3 ,示波极谱法最低检出浓度 1ng/m3 ,对同一样品 7次平行测定RSD≤6 0 %。样品分别加入低、中、高三个标准 ,测得回收率范围 90 0 % -111 9% ,平均回收率 99 2 %。 [结论 ]该方法灵敏、准确、易于操作 ,便于推广应用。
【Abstract】 To study a method for determination of atmospheric iodine by Oscillopolarography The atmospheric iodine was collected by Glass Filter and the various screening tests to select the best determination condition were also carried out The best determination condition of collection: the time of collection was12~15hours,the speed was 0 5L/min,absorbing solution was NaOH(0 07%) The level of iodine in air sample was determined as 8 8~27 1ng/m 3 The lowest detectable concentration was 1ng/m 3 The relative standard deviation ranged was 0 58%~5 18%,and the recovery rate was 90 0%-111 9% [conclusion] This method is featured by easy operation, higher precision and accuracy, higher sensitivity
