RP-HPLC法同时测定头发、血和尿中锌铜铅镉方法研究
Determination of hair,blood and urine Zn,Cu,Pb And Cd with RP-HPLC synchronously.
【摘要】 [目的 ]建立同时测定头发、血和尿中锌、铜、铅、镉离子的反相高效液相色谱法。 [方法 ]进行meso -四 (对羟基苯 )卟啉和金属离子的配位反应条件、配合物的稳定性以及配合物萃取和分离条件的研究。 [结果 ]检出限分别为0 0 5 μg、0 0 3 μg、0 0 2 μg、0 0 4μg ;线性范围分别为 0~ 40 μg、0~ 15 μg、0~ 4μg、0~ 3 μg ;测定发样的相对标准偏差 (RSD)分别为4 8%、8 9%、6 5 %、12 1% ;尿样的RSD分别为 5 6%、4 2 %、13 3 %、14 3 % ;血样锌、铜的RSD分别为 9 2 %、3 8% ;三种样品中四种金属离子的加标回收率分别为 92 %~ 94%、86%~ 93 %、10 0 %~ 10 1%、84%~ 10 0 %。 [结论 ]对三批样品同时用该法与原子吸收光度法测定锌铜 ,其结果无显著性差异 ,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Amethod for determination of hair,blood and urine Zn,Cu,Pb and Cd with RP-HPLC synchronousy was established The coordinate conditions of the reaction of the THPP and metal ion,stability of complex ,and the conditions of extraxtion and isolation of complex were studied The detextion limits of Zn,Cu,Pb and Cd were 0 05μg,0 03μg 0 02μg and 0 04μg;and the limit ranges from 0-40μg,0-15μg,0-4μg,and 0-3μg respectively The RSDs for hair Zn,Cu,Pb and Cd were 4 8%,8 9%,6 5%and 12 1%;for urine Zn,Cu,Pb and Cd were 92%-94%,86%-93%,100%-101% and 84%-100% respectively There was no significance between the results of three groups of samples with RP-HPLC synchronously and those with AAS [Conclusions]The results are satisfactory
