【摘要】 本文综述了迄今为止国内外战略联盟研究的一些主要理论,包括交易成本理论、社会网络理论、资源理论、知识和组织学习理论和博弈论等,并作了较全面的总结和评述。文中着重指出,有效的联盟管理是一个重要的挑战,今后应加强这方面的研究,以减少联盟的失败率,使联盟成为名副其实的增长工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper made a comprehensive review and offered some comments on the major theories used in the research of strategic alliances,including TCE,social network theory,resource-based view,knowledge-based view,organizational learning theory and game theory.It is emphasized that effective alliance management,which can reduce the failure rate of alliances,is still a challenge and research in the area should be further strengthened.更多还原
