羟自由基在疼痛信息传递中的作用
THE ROLE OF HYDROXYL RADICAL IN PAIN PERCEPTION
【摘要】 目的 :阐明羟自由基 (·OH)在痛觉信息传递中的调控作用。方法 :采用小鼠温浴缩尾模型(TIT)、热板模型 (HP)、扭体模型 (AA)及福尔马林模型 (For)等测痛模型 ,观察外源性·OH及·OH清除剂二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)对小鼠痛阈的影响。结果 :给予外源性·OH可使小鼠痛阈明显降低。而·OH清除剂可显著削弱小鼠炎性痛反应。结论 :·OH在中枢痛觉信息传递中发挥重要作用。
【Abstract】 Object: To investigate the effect of hydroxyl radical on nociception information transmission. Method: Several classical models (such as tail immersion test,TIT; hot plate test,HP; acetic acid writhing test,AA; formalin test,For etc) were adopted to observe the changes of pain threshold after ·OH and its scavenger DMSO administration. Result: The exogenous ·OH can induce hyperalgesia directly, and DMSO can significantly reduce the reaction of mice in the process of the inflammatory pain. Conclusion: ·OH plays an important role in the process of central pain information transmission.
