【Abstract】 This paper quantitatively analyzed the distribution of graphite in inoculating gray iron by image analysis. It was found that the volume fraction of graphite agrees well with the property of gray iron. Inoculated with optimized inoculants, a gray iron with low chilling potential, low sensitivity to the thickness of casting抯 walls and tensile strength over 250 MPa can be produced.更多还原
