【摘要】 以重庆市部分区县的实地调研为依据,分析了西南丘陵山区农村居民点的分布特点,阐述了农村居民点整理所面临的种种困难;提出了实现土地承包经营权的流转是解决问题的关键,并以新颁布施行的《农村土地承包法》为法律和政策依据,根据区内条件差别提出相应的农村居民点整理对策和相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on field investigation in several counties of Chongqing , this paper analysis the distribution features of rural residential and the difficulties of rural residential area land consolidation in the hilly and mountainous region of southwest China. Then points out that the key solution lies on the circulation of contractual operation of the land. Moreover, the countermeasures and the suggestions of correlative policy are proposed to prompt the land consolidation of rural residential area on the basis of the law of rural land contract, which was newly put in force, and in accordance with different regional conditions between mountainous region far from city and hilly region near city.更多还原
