【Abstract】 The object of this paper is to build an analytical framework for sustainable farmland use in the sight of farm household. Based on the brief analysis of theories about incentive and restrictive mechanism on sustainable farmland use, this paper analyzed the effects of resources trait, technique, farmland institution and its incentive mechanism on farmland use mode from the purpose of farm household non-sustainable land use behavior. Then, an analytical framework about incentive and restrictive mechanism for sustainable farmland use was put forward based on farm households, mainly including the incentive mechanism such as property rights, price, fiscal policies, and restrictive mechanism such as economic system, law and regulation, planning.更多还原
