【摘要】 通过对黄花败酱化学成分进行分析及对黄花败酱不同溶剂提取物进行了镇静作用和体外抑菌作用试验 ,结果表明 ,黄花败酱的主要化学成分是三萜皂苷和甾体皂甙、酚类物质和糖类物质、挥发油和有机酸。黄花败酱醇提取液对小白鼠具有明显的镇静的作用 ,其镇静作用的持续时间为 (5 1± 1.93) m in。黄花败酱水蒸馏液对金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌具有明显的抑菌作用 ,其抑菌直径 (mm)分别为 2 1.2 1± 0 .34及 2 0 .2 0± 1.13。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chemical constituents of different extracts of Patrinia scabilsaefolia Fisch was analyzed and antibacterial effect was studied.The results showed that the major constituents were patrinoside,polysaccharides and organic acid.The alcoholates had evidient sedation against mice,the last time of sedation was 51±1.93 scabiosides minutes,the apueous extrats had obvious antibacterial effect against both streptocosis and streptococcus,the antibacterial effect diamter was 21.21±0.34(mm)and 20.20±1.13(mm)respectively.更多还原
