内燃机油底壳模态分析及噪声预测
Modal Analysis and Noise Prediction of Sump of I.C.Engine
【摘要】 采用有限元方法和边界元方法建立了复杂结构辐射噪声预测模型,可用于计算辐射声功率、场点声压、固体声和辐射效率等声场特性参数。对内燃机油底壳进行了模态分析和噪声预测,并研究了约束条件及激励力作用位置对声辐射的影响,为噪声优化设计打下了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 Using Finite Element and Boundary Element Method,the model for prediction of radiated noise of complex structures was constructed,which could be used to calculate sound field parameters,such as radiated sound power,sound pressure,soild sound power and radiation efficiency.Modal analysis and prediction of radiated noise of a sump was done.The effects of constrain conditions and positions of excitation are considered.It is a perfect base of optimum design for low noise of I.C.engine.
