【摘要】 目的　探讨解脲支原体感染对精液粘度和液化时间的影响。方法　培养法检测精液UU感染。结果　4 0 6 1例不育就诊者UU阳性率 4 5 .19%。精液粘度增高组UU阳性率明显增加 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;UU阳性与UU阴性组液化时间比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。精液粘度正常组与增高组液化时间比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　解脲支原体感染对精液粘度和液化时间有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection on semen viscosity, semen liquefied duration. Methods Semen viscosity, semen liquefied duration and UU infection were measured and analyzed in 4061 infertile men.Results UU positive rate was 45.19% in 4061 male infertility. The positive rates of UU in abnormal semen viscosity groups were significantly elevated (P<0.001). Semen liquefied duration in groups of UU positive and abnormal semen viscosity were significantly higher than those of groups of UU negative and normal semen viscosity (P<0.001).Conclusion UU infection could affect semen liquefied duration and semen viscosity.更多还原
