【摘要】 目的　通过研究慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)患者的脂质代谢紊乱特点 ,探讨CRF患者脂质代谢紊乱的最佳评价指标。方法　检测 5 2例CRF患者和 110例健康体查者空腹血清总胆固醇 (Tch)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL c)、载脂蛋白AⅠ (Apo AⅠ )、载脂蛋白B10 0 (Apo B10 0 ) ,并计算LDL c/HDL c比值。结果　与对照组比较 ,CRF组血清TG、Apo B10 0、Tch、LDL c水平及LDL c/HDL c比值均有不同程度的升高 ,尤以TG、Apo B10 0、LDL c/HDL c比值增高最为显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,而HDL c、Apo AⅠ则明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,各指标异常检出率依次为LDL c/HDL c(48.1% )、TG(42 .3% )、Apo B10 0 (2 8.8% )、HDL c(2 5 .0 % )、LDL c(2 3.1% )、Apo AⅠ (2 1.2 % )、Tch(15 .4 % )。结论　CRF患者存在明显脂质代谢紊乱 ,其特点为血清TG、Apo B10 0、LDL c/HDL c比值显著增高 ,提示临床上评价与治疗CRF患者脂质代谢紊乱应以其血清中TG、Apo B10 0、LDL c/HDL c水平为主要监测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the metabolism feature of lipid and apolipoprotein in CRF patients and investigate the valuable evaluation indexes.Methods Serum TC,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,Apo-AⅠ,Apo-B100 were tested in 52 patients with CRF and 110 normal controls. Results As compared with control group,serum TG, Apo-B100, TC,LDL-c, LDL-c/HDL-c were increased in CRF group,TG, Apo-B100 level were increased remarkably (P<0.01).The abnormality lipid and apolipoprotein level detecting rate in CRF group was LDL-c/HDL-c(48.1%), TG(42.3%), Apo-B100(28.8%),HDL-c(25.0%), LDL-c(23.1%), Apo-AⅠ ( 21.2% ), TC(15.4%) respectively. Conclusion Lipids disorder was present in some CRF patients. LDL-c/HDL-c,TG,Apo-B100 were the most valuable and effective indexes in the diagnosis of lipid metabolism disorder and evaluation of theapy results.更多还原
