【摘要】 目的　研究明胶酶A(MMP 2 )在不同病理分期、分级的膀胱移行细胞肿瘤 (TCCB)中的表达规律 ,并探讨以MMP 2来判断TCCB进展情况的可能性及方法。方法　通过免疫组织化学和明胶酶谱等方法对 4 7例手术切除的TC CB组织中MMP 2蛋白进行定量检测 ,同时取 5例正常膀胱组织作为对照。对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果　 (1)MMP 2蛋白在TCCB中呈阳性表达 ,在正常膀胱组织中MMP 2不表达或呈微量表达 ;(2 )随着TCCB临床病理分期、分级的升高 ,MMP 2表达量呈现增高趋势 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　MMP 2蛋白表达与TCCB的恶性发展密切相关。临床上可将MMP 2作为判断TCCB进展情况的标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the expression of Colleganase A (MMP-2) in different grade and stage transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB), and to find the possibility and method to judge the progress of TCCB through MMP-2. Method Immunohistochemistry and zymography were used to study the content of MMP-2 in 47 surgically resected specimens from patients with TCCB, and 5 normal bladder tissue were obtained as control,then statistical methods were used to analyse the data. Result (1) MMP-2 protein appeared in TCCB parenchyma,but it was weak or negative in normal control group. (2)The content of positive expression of MMP-2 were significantly increased with stage and grade ( P <0.01,respectively). Conclusion The result showed that the expression of MMP-2 are significantly correlated with the malignant of TCCB. MMP-2 protein could be used as an important index to judge the progress of TCCB in clinical work.更多还原
