【摘要】 QFM合剂是一种新型的犬用复合麻醉制剂。本试验旨在研究其对犬肝、肾功能的影响。试验用 7条犬肌肉注射QFM合剂 0 .15～ 0 .2 m L(每千克体质量 ) ,观察比较了注药前、后犬血清 GOT、GPT、AKP活性和尿素氮、肌酐含量的变化。结果证明 :注药前、后犬血清 GOT、GPT、AKP活性和尿素氮、肌酐含量的变化差异不显著 ,在正常生理范围内。说明 QFM合剂应用于犬的麻醉 ,对犬的肝、肾功能无明显不良影响 ,进一步证明了 QFM合剂应用于犬的临床安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 QFM combination is a new compound anaesthetic agent for dog.The influence of QFM combination on the function of liver and kidney in dogs at anaesthetic dose was studied in this experiment.QFM combination was administrated at the dose of 0 15 0 2 mL/kg body weight intramuscularly in 7 dogs.Activity of GOT,GPT,AKP and the concentration of creatinine and BUN in serum were determined before and after QFM combination being administrated.The result showed that:variation of activity of GOT,GPT,AKP and the concentration of creatinine and BUN in serum was not significant(P>0 05) and within the physiological range.This indicates that QFM combination has no obvious bad effects on the function of liver and kidney of dogs when administrated at anaesthetic dose,and that QFM combination is safe in clinical application.更多还原
