青年荷斯坦奶牛初次超数排卵试验

【摘要】 对影响荷斯坦青年奶牛超数排卵的因素进行了对比分析 ,并探索了青年奶牛超排的可行性方案。卵巢上有黄体存在的供体牛可以用于超排。青年奶牛在不同性周期阶段进行超排的结果不同 ,但差异不显著。用 FSH联合氯前列烯醇 ,采用常规逐日递减法肌肉注射进行超排 ,平均获得胚胎 7.0 7枚 ,可用胚胎 5 .98枚 ;在人工授精的同时注射促排卵素 3号 (L RH- A3) ,平均回收胚胎 8.6 4枚 ,可用胚胎为 5 .5枚。促排卵素 3号能提高胚胎的回收率 ,但可用胚胎率急剧下降

【Abstract】 The present study was conducted to determine whether young Holstein cows could be superovulated as donor,and find feasible and stable superovulation schemes.In the meanwhile,several factors which influence the superovulation effects were analysed.If there were middle corpus luteum on the ovaries of young donors,the animals could be treated for superovulation.During various oestrous cycle stage of donor,the result was different but not obvious.FSH and estrumate were injected muscularly according to gradually decrease plan,the average numbers of embryos collected was 7 07/head and the useful embryos was 5 98/head;When LRH A3 was applied at first AI time,the number was 9 64/head and 5 5/head respectively.The results indicated using LRH A3 may increase in the quantity of embryos and reduce the percentage of useful embryos.
