【摘要】 以鸭肝炎病毒 (DHV)强毒株背部皮下接种 7日龄健康雏鸭 ,研究其不同时期诱导淋巴细胞及其他细胞凋亡的能力。结果表明 ,DHV能引起试验鸭淋巴细胞明显凋亡 ,维持时间较短 ,在 36 h达到高峰。揭示该病毒致病机理与淋巴细胞凋亡从而引起的免疫抑制相关。除淋巴细胞外 ,肝、肾、脑等器官的细胞凋亡不明显 ,与对照组无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Apoptosis of immune and another organs in 7-day young ducks infected with DHV was demonstrated.The result showed that intense apoptosis-specific signal was detected in immune organ.It keeped short time and reached its peak at 36 h suggesting that the pathological mechanism of DHV appears to be related to the immune restraint resulted in apoptosis of lymphocyte.The apoptosis in the liver,kidney and brain was not marked.更多还原
