【摘要】 采用 IL - 2的生物学测定方法 ,IL - 4、TGF-β1 、TGF-β2 试剂盒等方法 ,对正常妊娠组山羊妊娠早期 (15～ 19d)子宫局部细胞因子 IL- 2、IL- 4、TGF- β、TGF- β2 水平 (活性 )的变化规律进行了研究。结果发现 ,妊娠早期山羊子宫两侧局部细胞因子水平 (活性 )无显著性差异。 IL - 2活性先上升 ,后出现下降趋势 ;IL - 4水平一直呈上升趋势 ;TGF-β1 水平较高 ,但呈不规则曲线变化 ;TGF- β2 先上升 ,后趋于平稳 ,并保持在较高水平。证明妊娠早期山羊子宫局部细胞因子分泌及活性有一动态变化规律。对 CD5 8处理后山羊妊娠 16～ 18d子宫局部上述细胞因子水平 (活性 )与同期正常妊娠相比的变化情况的研究发现 ,CD5 8极显著抑制 IL- 2的产生 ,而明显促进 IL- 4的产生 ,对 TGF- β2 的产生具有一定促进作用 ,而对 TGF- β1 无影响。证明 CD5 8对妊娠早期山羊子宫局部细胞因子的产生具有调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of the level or activity of the local-uterine cytokines such as IL -2,IL-4,TGF-β 1 and TGF-β 2 were investigated using a bioassay for IL-2,IL-4 kit,TGF-β 1 kit and TGF-β 2 kit,respectively,in the 15-19 th d of pregnant goat(control group).The main r esults are:There is no difference in the levels of the above cytokines between r ig h t and left uterinal horn during early pregnancy;The activity of IL-2 increases firstly,and then decreases;TGF-β 1 has a high level irregularly during early pregnancy;TGF-β 2 increases firstly and then remains in a high level.These r es ults show that there is a rule of dynamic change in the secretion and activity of the cytokines during early pregnancy in goat.(2)A study on the changes of the above cytokines has been researched after the pregnant goats were treated by CD 58(treatment group).The results are:CD58 can significantly inhibit the productio n of IL-2(P<0.01),however,accelerate the production of IL-4 significantly ( P<0.05);CD58 can accelerate the production of TGF-β 2 to a certain degre e ,but has no influence on TGF-β 1.These results indicate that CD58 has a regul atory function in secretion of the local-uterine cytokines during early pregnan cy.更多还原
