黄柳菇及其栽培技术的研究
Study of Pholiota Adiposa With Culture Techniques
【摘要】 黄柳菇系国内新开发的珍稀食用菌,具有味道鲜美、营养丰富、色泽鲜艳等特点,有较好的商业潜力。本文详述了黄柳菇的生物学特性、营养成分和栽培管理技术。
【Abstract】 Pholiota adiposa,developed recently in China,is a species of edible and medicinal fungus with good taste,rich nutrition,beautiful colour and high commercial potential.This paper described the biological characteristics,nutritive components and culture techniques of Pholiota adiposa.
