【Abstract】 A simple method for collecting basidiospore of Tricholoma matsutake was introduced.Briefly,the gill of fruit body was flooded in the sterilized water containing 80μg/ml of streptomycin.Then,the fruit body debris was abandoned after the suspension was filtered by absorbent cotton and centrifuged at 4000r/min.The supernatant was centrifuged at 10000r/min again and the purified basidiospore were obtained.更多还原
