【Abstract】 This paper studied the technological process of the preparation of sodium cobalt Chlorophyllin from water lettuce leaves. The best reaction conditions has been chosen as follows extraction for 1 hour by 95% ethanol at 70 ℃ ,saponification for 60min by 5%NaOH,reaction with 20% CoCl2,preparation of sodium cobalt chlorophyllin by 2%NaOH.The output of this method have high quality and yields.更多还原
