鲁梅克斯K-1愈伤组织抗褐变研究
Studies on Preventing Calli Brown Turning of Rumex K-1(Rumex patientia R. tianschanicus)
【摘要】 通过对鲁梅克斯K-1杂交酸模子叶、下胚轴、胚根愈伤组织诱导过程中抑制褐变的研究,结果表明:三种外植体中,子叶产生的愈伤组织具有较强的抗褐变的能力;以MS基本培养基中添加2,4-D 0.2mg/L+BAP0.2-2mg/L+3%蔗糖+维生素C100mg/L 抗褐变效果较好。脯氨酸对抑制愈伤组织褐变效果不明显,但能促进植株分化再生。
【Abstract】 Studies on preventing brown turning of culli induced from hypocotyls, cytoledons and roots of Rumex K-1(Rumex patientia R.tianschanicus)showed that: Cytoledon has the strongest abilities of preventing brown turning in thesethree explants.The base medium MS supplement with 0.2 mg/L 2,4-D, 0.2-2 mg/L BAP, 3% sugar and 100 mg/L Vitamin Chas the effect on preventing brown on some degree. Proline can increase the redifferentiation ability of calli although have noeffect on preventing calli brown.[
