苏云金芽孢杆菌抗蝗虫生物测定模式建立
A Bioassay Model to Test Toxicity of Bacillus thuringiensis Against Locust
【摘要】 在人工饲养条件下,研究了蝗虫种群的消长规律与环境因子的关系。结果表明,蝗虫每雌可产卵3~10块,每块达55.0粒,孵化率为76.32%,蝗蝻雌雄比为1.5~2∶1。建立了以蝗虫为试虫,苏云金芽孢杆菌的毒力生物测定模式。选择的最佳生测条件与蝗蝻的最适生长条件一致,温度30±1℃,湿度65%~75%,500~600lx光照14~15h。同时分析了蝗虫的饲料选择及各种环境因子对生测结果的影响。
【Abstract】 The relationships between Locusta migratoria manilensis and environmental factors were studied in the laboratory. The hatching rate, fecundity and sex ratio are 76.32%, 55.30 and 1.5-2∶1, respectively. A method of bioassay to estimate effect of Bacillus thuringiensis on L. migratoria manilensis was established. The effect of locust age, food and environmental factors e.g. temperature, relative humidity and photoperiod on the results of bioassay was also analyzed.
