紫外分光光度计法测花椒油中酰胺类物质含量
Determination of Amides in Chinese Prickly Ash Oil by UV-spectrometer
【摘要】 花椒油中酰胺类物质的含量是影响花椒油质量的重要因素。研究了应用分光光度计法测定花椒酰胺类物质的最适条件。结果表明 :应用甲醇萃取花椒油中的酰胺类物质 ,在萃取时间为 4h ,萃取温度为 4 0℃ ,萃取液 3h内测定时 ,具有良好的回收率和重复性。
【Abstract】 The amides content of Chinese prickly ash oil was very important to the quality of the oil. The best condition to determine the amides with UV_spectrometer was studied. When methanol was used to extract the amides of the oil, extractive time was four hours, temperature is 40℃, and extraction was measured within 3 hours, the rate of recovery and repeatability were good.
