【Abstract】 Characters, functions and uses of vitamin C are introduced. Developmental process and trend of industrial technology on vitamin C are reviewed. Advances in industrial technology of microbiological fermentation method are discussed emphatically. After present situation of R&D of the two steps fermentation method and the glucose_substrate fermentation method are introduced, the separation and purification processes of 2_keto_L_gluconic acid are discussed. The direction of industrial technology on vitamin C in China is previewed. It is advised that the selective breeding of genetic engineering_bacteria and the optimization of fermentation processes ought to be attached importance to in China.更多还原
