食用单宁酸的制备研究

【摘要】 由工业单宁酸经乙酸乙酯溶剂萃取,制得食用单宁酸,其得率为85%,单宁酸干基含量超过94%。本实验对乙酸乙酯的萃取工艺进行了研究,比较了萃取温度、溶剂量、萃取时间三个因素对萃取率的影响,并采用正交设计法优化萃取条件,确定了最佳的萃取工艺。

【Abstract】 Food-tannic acid was prepared from industrial tannic acid by ethyl acetate extraction, the yield of the product was ca. 85% which contained over 95% of tannic acid on dry basis. The extraction technique of industrial tannic acid has been studied in this paper, the effects of several factors on extraction rate, e.g: volume of ethyl acetate, temperature, time of extraction have been investigated. The extraction conditions have been optimized by method of orthogonal design.
