【Abstract】 The extraction conditions of yellow pigment from powder of zein were studied. The result showed that the optimum conditions were the extraction reagent 95 % alcohol, sixteen times of volume of extraction reagent as large as the weight of powder of zein and extraction temperature at 65℃ for four hours.更多还原
