【摘要】 为了解嘉兴市畜禽肉中盐酸克伦特罗的残留情况 ,嘉兴市卫生监督所和嘉兴市疾病预防控制中心于 2 0 0 1年 2～ 10月进行了调查。选择 3个城区、1个县区作为调查点 ,随机抽取 32家畜禽养殖户、32家屠宰场、14 0家农贸市场肉禽店 (摊 )、4 0家用肉单位 (饭店、食堂、粽子厂等 )进行调查和检测。调查结果显示 ,只有 1户屠宰公司进行宰前盐酸克伦特罗残留检测。抽检畜禽组织30 9份 ,6 0份盐酸克伦特罗阳性 ,占 19 4 2 % ,平均残留量为 34 7μg kg ;检测生猪尿液 36份 ,4份阳性 ,占 11 11%。检测饲料及水 2 3份 ,未检出。猪、鸡、牛组织中的残留检出情况分别为猪 5 7份(2 1 35 % )、鸡 2份 (7 4 1% )、牛 1份 (6 6 7% )。就猪组织而言 ,肺、肝、肾的阳性率高于肉。调查结果表明盐酸克伦特罗残留情况严重 ,应加强监督管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The situation of clenbuterol hydrochloride residue in carcasses (pig, cattle, chicken) in Jiaxing city, Zhejiang province was investigated. Samples from 32 breeding households, 32 slaughterhouses, 140 meat shops (stalls) and 40 unites using meat in their production from 4 districts were randomly collected for investigation and examination. Only one slaughterhouse examined animals for clenbuterol hydrochloride residue before slaughter. 60(19 42%) of the 309 carcass samples were clenbuterol hydrochloride residue positive and the average content was 34 7 μg/kg. 4 (11 11%) of 36 pig urine samples were positive. There was no clenbuterol hydrochloride residue in 23 feed and drinking water samples. 57(21 35%) pork and pig tissue samples, 2 (7 41%) chicken samples and 1 beef sample were positive. The positive rate in pork was lower than that in the other pig tissues. The results indicated that the carcasses were seriously contaminated by clenbuterol hydrochloride in Jiaxing city.更多还原
