【摘要】 研究了五种水质稳定剂PAA、HEDP、ATMP、BTA和MBT对FeSO4成膜的影响。结果表明:PAA、HEDP和ATMP对成膜过程有阻碍作用,而铜缓蚀剂BTA和MBT的存在则能改善膜的质量。所以在实际FeSO4成膜工艺中,应在停加水质稳定剂一段时间后进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect on FeSO4 film formation on cupper tube of five water stabilizer:PAA,HEDP, ATMP,BTA and MBT were studied. The results showed that PAA, HEDP and ATMP will affect the film-formation process negatively, while BTA and MET are benefit to film formation. Therefore the process FeSO4 film formation should be run some times later after stopping adding agents.更多还原
