【摘要】 目的 探讨帕金森病DBS手术并发症和防治措施。方法 对42例植入STN DBS患者,手术后发生的并发症和产生的副作用,进行回顾性研究。结果 ①与手术方式有关的并发症为出血1例,囊袋渗液2例,电极位置不当1例。②与装置有关的电极移位和断裂各1例,功能间断2例。③与刺激有关的异动症11例,感觉异常15例,头痛2例,肌张力障碍4例,构音障碍7例,复视2例。结论 正确地选择病人和适宜的DBS手术方式,合理调整刺激参数可以有效预防和治疗相关并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the complication of DBS procedures in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods Retropective analysis of the post-operative complications and side effects in 42 PD patients treated by STN DBS was conducdcd. Results (1)operative-related complications were intracranial hemorrhage (1 case) and seroma in subcutaneous pocket (2 cases) mis-location of DBS lead( 1 case) ; (2)hardware-related complications included lead break (1 case) and migration (1 case) , intermittent malfunction (2 cases) ; (3)stimulation-related complications included dyskinesia (11 cases) , parasthesia (15 cases) , dystonia (4 cases) , headache (2 cases), dysarthria (7 cases) and diplopia (2 cases). Conclusions A careful, proper selection of individual patient and optimal DBS procedure, effective adjustment of stimulation parameters can prevent therapy-related complications.更多还原
