【摘要】 目的 :应用高效液相色谱法测定前列康舒胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法 :采用Diamonsil C1 8柱 (5 μm ,15 0× 4 6mm) ,乙腈 水 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 70nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 4 96～ 2 4 80 μg,r=0 9997,回收率为 97 2 0 % ,RSD =1 88%。结论 :该方法用于测定前列康舒胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量简便、准确、灵敏 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of Icariin in Qianliekangshu Capsule by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The determination was conducted by HPLC using a Diamonsil-C 18 column(5μm,4.6mm×150mm) and a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-water (30∶70).The detection wavelengh was 270nm.Results:Good linear relationship between area and amount was noted for 0.496～2.480μg of Icariin,with a correlation coefficient of 0\^9997.The average recovery of Icariin was 97\^20%, RSD was 1\^88%.Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.更多还原
