应用声发射检测复合材料桨叶疲劳损伤的技术研究
TECHNIC RESEARCH OF APPLY ACOUSTIC EMISSION IN CRACK DETECTION DURING COMPOSITE ROTOR BLADES FATIGUE TEST
【摘要】 随着材料技术的发展,复合材料在直升机上运用越来越广泛。由于复合材料的损伤模式与金属材料有很大的区别,因此,了解复合材料破坏判据对复合材料零部件的定寿具有决定性的作用。本文介绍了声发射技术的基本理论、应用现状和声发射技术在复合材料桨叶疲劳试验中的应用研究。
【Abstract】 With the development of material technique, composite is applied more and more extensively in helicopter. Due to damage of composite difference from that of metal, so finding out destroy criterion of composite is important in determining life of helicopter. This paper describes the recent application state and basic theory of Acoustic Emission, and the application of Acoustic Emission in crack detection during composite rotor blades fatigue test of helicopter.
