La2Mg17金属氢化物催化苯加氢的研究
Hydrogenation of Benzene by La2Mg17 Based Metal Hydride as Catalyst
【摘要】 La2Mg17金属氢化物可以在适宜的条件下催化苯加氢。加氢产物主要是环己烷。试验条件明显影响金属氢化物的催化活性。正交分析结果表明,苯加氢反应的好条件为:反应温度为270℃;反应压力为70×105Pa;搅拌速度为500r/min;浆料质量比为1:1。
【Abstract】 Experimental results showed that La2Mg17 based hydride could promote the reaction of benzene hydrogenation when a suitable reaction condition was given. The reaction products were mainly cyclohexane. The optimum reaction conditions, in the range of the study, were as follows: reaction temperature 543 K, reaction pressure 70 x 105 Pa stirring rate of the Slurry 500 r/min and the liquid-to-solid weight ratio 1:1.
